Our staff members will schedule a brief, telephone appointment with you before a consultation appointment may be set. They will conduct a general intake. This initial telephone conference is 10 minutes or less and is free. A telephone appointment is not specific to your situation. Staff members will not give advice or offer opinions on this call.
There is a fee of $300 for an initial 1-hour consultation. This fee is not applied towards any future fees should you decide to hire me. A consultation is a comprehensive discussion about the facts and law potentially relevant to your family law matter and detailed strategies. If you have an existing court case, bring any paperwork you have as well as a list of questions you would like answered.
You have the option of scheduling an in-person or telephonic appointment. I accept credit card, check, or cash at the time of the consultation. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will need to pay up front and a link will be sent to you before the meeting to effectuate this payment.
